Located on the north side of San Antonio, this proposed Class A office building will complement an existing office building to expand the park. Rialto Studio worked with the design team to locate the building to preserve the greatest amount of trees possible. The main entry was designed to be aesthetically pleasing and to complement the building architecture, providing an accessible route despite almost three feet of grade change. The highlight of the outdoor space is at the rear of the building. While functioning as another access point, it also offers outdoor seating and informal meeting space set under the shade of many existing trees and lush new landscape.
