Jim is a Principal and Founding Partner of Rialto Studio, which he serves as President and Chief Financial Officer. His professional practice spans 39 years, all spent in San Antonio, Texas. He is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a BSLA degree, and is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 622).
As a Principal-In-Charge of work at Rialto Studio, Jim’s responsibilities include setting the creative tone and concepts for projects, and providing quality control of the design and documentation work. He performs the role of Project Manager on large, multidisciplinary projects, organizing consultant teams, assigning roles and tasks, and establishing scope and budget parameters. He also conducts business development activities and oversees the firm’s financial operations.

Ken was a Principal and Founding Partner of Rialto Studio, where he served as Executive Vice-President from 1998 until his retirement in 2014. His professional experience spans decades of public, private, and academic practice; he had been practicing landscape architecture in San Antonio since 1982. He is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 611).
Prominent among Rialto projects for which Ken has been responsible are: Clark County, Nevada’s Regional Heritage Greenway Trails project; Riverlink at the Hotel Valencia; HBG Convention Center Expansion; South Texas Medical Center Infrastructure Improvements; Exterior Wayfinding Signage at San Antonio’s airport; and projects for the Texas A&M University System including two recent major developments at their College Station campus. Among the numerous projects he has designed at the San Antonio Zoo are its new Main Entry, the Whooping Crane Exhibit, the Gibbons Forest Exhibit, and Zootennial Plaza, a celebration of the zoo’s 100th birthday in 2014.
Since his retirement, Ken enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

As a Principal and Founding Partner of Rialto Studio - where he is an Executive Vice-President - Pete is responsible for the firm’s various computer technologies and automated systems. His project responsibilities include design and team management on many of the firm’s large site development projects, such as the City of San Antonio’s Regional Youth Sports Facilities.
Pete graduated from Texas Tech University with a BLA in 1983. In the intervening 32 years, he has held increasingly responsible positions with various multidisciplinary firms in San Antonio. Since 1987, he has worked alongside his now-Rialto partner James Gray. He is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 1401). Pete is a Past-President of Texas Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and received its Chapter Service Award in 1998. He was one of a small group of individuals that was instrumental in successfully lobbying the Texas Legislature for a Practice Act for Landscape Architects in Texas, a significant accomplishment.

Bobby earned a BLA from Texas A&M University in May of 1998. He has been with Rialto Studio since its inception in November of 1998 where he is a Partner of the firm. He is responsible for assisting with the design, documentation, production and implementation of many of the projects constructed in the San Antonio and Houston area. He manages the production teams responsible for documenting the designs, and participates in staffing and project scheduling meetings. Notable projects which Bobby has managed for Rialto include the SBC Center (now AT&T Center); Northrup Hall at Trinity University with Robert A. M. Stern’s New York office; University of Texas Health Science Center’s Administration Building; City of San Antonio Emergency Operations Building; and the Rock Creek community in Cypress, Texas. He is currently responsible for Rialto’s efforts on the ongoing redevelopment of Pearl Brewery and continuing development of the Trinity University campus.
He is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 2206). Bobby is a Member of ASLA since 2003 and has long been active in its state chapter governance, also serving for years on the local ASLA golf tournament organizing committee. Currently, he holds the position of ASLA South Texas Section Chair.

Danny is one of Rialto Studio’s Partners and is responsible for leading his team in design, consultant coordination, and delivery on some of Rialto Studio’s key projects. Prior to joining Rialto Studio in 2009, he oversaw design and construction under separate employment of a variety of projects. At Rialto Studio, he has been responsible for the delivery of such efforts as the Urban Ecology Center at Hardberger Park, the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, the San Antonio International Airports Exterior Wayfinding Signage package, Zootennial Plaza at the San Antonio Zoo, the expansion of the VA’s Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery and many multi-family and single-family developments.
Danny is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 2279) and also a licensed irrigator (Texas No. 17517). Danny is a longtime member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and has been active on the section level. He is also currently serving on the Texas A&M University’s Landscape Architectural Professional Advisory Board.

Robert joined Rialto Studio in September 2017, bringing with him over 13 years of planning and landscape architecture experience to Rialto Studio. Through projects like The Grove at Shoal Creek and Easton Park in Austin, Texas, Robert has worked with clients to create vibrant walkable communities that integrate functional landscapes and encourage social engagement, while understanding and leveraging the economic, engineering and regulatory forces that govern the way land is developed. Robert has applied this approach to projects of all types, including housing and community design, urban design, parks and recreation, trails and transportation infrastructure, higher education, mixed-use, and more.
His responsibilities at Rialto Studio running the new office in Austin, as well as design, contract documentation and construction administration.
Robert is a member of ASLA and a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 2775).

Stan joined Rialto Studio in 2005, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the landscape architecture design and construction fields. Under previous employment, he participated on the construction teams building such notable San Antonio projects as Sea World of Texas, and the Downtown Tri-Party Improvements. For the 12 years prior to joining Rialto Studio, he owned and operated a design/build firm in Kerrville, Texas. Significant clientele there included the Kerrville Independent School District and the H.E. Butt Foundation/Laity Lodge.
His responsibilities at Rialto Studio include contract document preparation and construction administration. He has assisted with the design and production of such projects such as the Toyota Manufacturing Plant, Cordillera Ranch, Brackenridge Park Rehabilitation, Pearl Brewery, Convention Center Hotel, Towne Lake in Houston, Market Square Rehabilitation, San Antonio Food Bank Community Garden, and Lackland Air Force Base East and West Training Campuses.
Stan has been a member of ASLA since 1994, and a professional landscape architect since 1984 (Texas No. 1202). He is also a licensed irrigator (Texas No. 4058).
